Another year, another Blut Aus Nord album, or so it seems sometimes
(fun factoid 2002 and 2008 are the only years in the past 17 when
they've not had a release). The Blut Aus Nord pendulum swings rather
violently between traditional, experimental, and well very
experimental. This one harks back more towards releases such as
_Odinist_ or _Mort_, which suits me just fine, that tends to be my
favourite version of them. However perhaps I've not given it enough
time, but I just don't feel it fully here, if I want this version of
Blut Aus Nord I'd most often just turn on _The Work Which Transforms
God_. That said even when Blut Aus Nord aren't firing on all cylinders
they're still better than so much else out there.
